keep positive, jo. there is a chance that poppy will be fine, no matter what the diagnosis is.

vets and doctors are trained to look at all (bad) possibilities, and rule them out. in the mean time, they scare us to pieces, and create all this fear energy. no one is helped by that.

sending healing thoughts to poppy and calm to you. xo

Jo you know how worried I am for you and Pops

I am here if you want to call and chat or just know I am at the end of the phone.

Do you need my help on Thursday - you have enough to do with it being Chloe's birthday - bless her. Let me know.

Three times I've tried to find the words but can't. Can I say that I will be thinking positively. Imagining Poppy up running and playing...as Fogdog said "Forum Magic" I do hope so.

Keep your chin up and and stay strong...big {{{{hugs}}}}

Thanks Guys, I do feel more positive now, and you are right she is special to us, very very much so, which is why i am so worried. I dont think the vet meant to worry me, it was more his way of letting me know the worst case scenario. She is being a bit spoilt this week now and is loving it. I am awaiting test results too and Whatever happens on Thursday, as long as she comes out of the op ok. I have taken the day off. so i can be around incase i am needed, i know Merlin will be unhappy that she will be away from home all day.

Sorry to hear about Poppy, but I hope it turns out to be benign. I am glad you feel more positive today.

I am keeping everything crossed here for some good results. I know exactly how you feel with the worry and tourment - Monty has put us through our paces so many times I have lost count :roll: and I remember when we were intially diagnosed with his condition... it was my daughters birthday and I didn't want to go ahead with it.. (bad mum :oops: ) I ended up changing all plans and hiring a bright pink limo for Jess and all her friends to travel around in... they thought it was fab and all my tears and despair were forgiven :)

Keep strong hun... whatever the outcome.. Pops knows you love her to bits :-s: :-s:

Will be thinking of you and Poppy on Thursday, and crosssing everything for good news. Eira had a small lump on her face when she was very young, which burst open and then took ages to heal as it kept opening up. Vet thought was a histiocytoma. There are lots of benign things that it could be. Try not to worry, hard I know, until you know what you are dealing with.

Lots of love and hugs :-s: :-s: :-s:
